As we try to instill these values in our youth we hope to help mold them into responsible, productive citizens. PAL provides a safe and positive environment, free from drugs, gangs, and other illegal activities. The director is a sworn Waterbury police officer. The officer utilizes other officers and civilians on a voluntary basis to help with tasks such as coaching, teaching, and mentoring.
